Bookings can be made via Stripe using your credit or debit card. If you don’t want to pay by credit or debit card then please contact us via e-mail to receive further payment options. Please read the terms and conditions before booking. Our VAT registration number is 375332688, if you require a VAT receipt please email us with your details.

Upon confirmation of your booking an e-mail will be sent to you with the pedestrian access code. This will allow you to access the field during your allocated time. Please check receipt of this e-mail prior to arrival.

If you would like to book regular weekly or daily time slots please contact us.

Payment of the full fee is required when booking and is non-refundable unless the hire is canceled with more than 24 hours notice of the allotted date and time. No booking will be valid without payment.

You can hire the field for private use starting from £10 per hour. Field hire is charged by the hour, with a maximum single hire period of 4 hours per day. Repeat bookings can be made in advance for a period of no more than four weeks.  ​If you would like to book regular weekly or daily time slots please contact us.

You are welcome to share the timeslot with family and friends; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that all visiting dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and have been wormed. Please do not invite family and friends to share your allocated timeslot if you have no knowledge of their vaccination and wormer records. If you wish to share your timeslot please make sure you book for the correct number of users. A single booking allows up to 4 dogs, a small group booking allows up to 8 dogs, and the large group booking allows for up to 12 dogs. For safety and parking considerations, no more than 4 vehicles per booking are permitted to enter the Paw Park except with our prior permission.

The field has been secured with fencing and gates approximately 6ft high which we check on a regular basis. However, it is the hirers responsibility to check the fencing and fields before each session to ensure that they are happy with the security and safety. Please do not let your dog off their lead if you are not happy that the field is secured.
 
Shotesham Paw Park is located in a quiet area just off the Norwich Road (NR15 1UZ). The field is screened off from the road with hedging and is partially surrounded by arable land and a small woodland. Aside from the field entrance there is no other public access.
As you enter the field there is a vehicle access gate on your right. Please park within this designated area and remember to keep your dog on their lead until you have entered the secured field. The pedestrian gate is coded so please check that you received the code via e-mail prior to your session.
